Nightly Rate Range: $289-449.00/Night (Go to Reservation Center to see actual prices)
Cleaning Fee: $165.00 per stay
Down Payment to Hold Unit: $500.00 (Due day of reservation. Balance Due 2-3 Weeks prior to Check In)
Pool heating fee: $200.00 (covers 3 days - each additional day is $39/day)
Security Deposit: None - We've Gone to Insurance Based Coverage
Insurance Fee:$14.95/Night (non-negotiable)
Deductible: $500.00 Per Occurrence (Guest responsible for first $250.00)
Claim Cap: $2,000.00 (Guest responsible for damages greater than Claim Cap)
What is Covered: Unintentional damages to furnishings, flooring, walls, bedding, linens, dishes & cookware, patio furniture. Anything else is not covered.
